This policy describes how we handle personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for visitors who contact us through progress-gateway.digital.

Data we collect

When you submit the inquiry form, we process your name, email address, optional phone number, and message content. If you call us, we may note your phone number and the subject of the call. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or social plugins on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data solely to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform contracts you enter with us. Processing is based on your request (pre-contractual steps) and, where applicable, performance of a contract. We may process data to comply with legal obligations applicable in Thailand.

Storage and retention

Inquiry messages are stored in our business email and ticketing systems. We retain them for as long as needed to complete the conversation and for up to twenty-four months afterward unless a longer period is required for accounting or disputes.

Sharing

We apply access controls and encrypted transport (HTTPS) for the site and form endpoint. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or secrets through the inquiry form.
