Refund policy
This policy applies to paid programming consulting engagements (scoped projects and advisory sessions) arranged with Progress Gateway Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Progress Gateway Software Consulting จำกัด), Tax ID (TIN): 0105499907682, 71/8,Phetkasem Road,Hua Hin,Prachuap Khiri Khan,77110, Thailand.
Note: Specific refund windows and deposit rules are confirmed in each statement of work. The terms below are standard market-consistent defaults proposed pending business confirmation.
Eligibility
Refunds may be available when we cancel an engagement, when mutually agreed scope cannot be delivered, or when statutory consumer rights apply. Custom development or advisory time already delivered is generally non-refundable.
Timeframe
Written refund requests should be sent within fourteen (14) days of invoice payment for prepaid advisory blocks that have not started. For project milestones, refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of milestone delivery if you believe deliverables materially diverge from the signed scope.
Partial refunds
If work has started, refunds are calculated on undelivered portions minus reasonable costs already incurred (including scheduled specialist time).
Process
Email info@progress-gateway.digital or call +66-32-000-2320 with your invoice reference and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and respond with a decision within fourteen business days.
Method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer in THB.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Advisory sessions may be rescheduled with at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit that session fee as stated in your agreement.
Deposits
Project deposits are applied to the final invoice unless the engagement is cancelled before kickoff, in which case up to fifty percent (50%) of the deposit may be retained to cover scheduling and preparation—unless your statement of work specifies otherwise.
Exceptions
Force majeure events or government restrictions may delay work without penalty; refund treatment follows the governing contract.
